BTFC Player Development Centre - New & Existing player registration form for 2025 - 2026 season - all age groups

Please do not complete and submit this form unless your child has been accepted into a team. You will need a squad number, player image plus image of players birth certificate both in .jpg format maximum size of 300 kb. You will also require a squad number & password which will have been given to you in your offer letter to submit form & pay the £30.00 registration fee which will be done through PayPal or Debit/Credit card - We cannot except payment by any other method.

By registering and paying registration fee of £30.00 you are agreeing to pay a yearly subscription of £300. The yearly subscription fee is payable as a one off payment of £300 due on July 1st 2025 or in three instalments of £100.00 - with first being due on July 1st 2025, the second due on October 1st 2025 and the third being due on December 1st 2025.
